Making your hub uniquely yours
Your family profile is the face of your hub. It's where you give your family a name, add a photo, and share a bit about what makes your crew special. It only takes a minute to personalize!
How to edit your profile
- Go to your hub settings (usually in the menu)
- Select "Family profile" or "Hub settings"
- Tap "Edit profile"
- Update any of the following:
What you can customize
Family name – Call yourselves "The Smiths", "Team Adventure", or whatever feels right for your family.
Profile picture – Upload a family photo or pick a fun avatar. This shows up when family members view your hub.
Family motto or description – Add a short tagline that captures your family's vibe. Something like "Growing together, one chore at a time!" works nicely.
Contact information – Add an emergency contact or primary email if you want.
Tips for a great profile
Choose a photo that makes your family smile! It doesn't have to be formal—candid shots of everyone having fun work brilliantly. Your family name should be something everyone recognises and feels proud of. The description or motto should reflect your family's personality.
You can update your profile anytime, so don't stress about getting it perfect on the first go. If you change your photo or name, everyone in your hub will see the update straight away.
