Inviting family members to your hub
Getting your whole family on board is easy! You can invite family members via email, and they'll get a notification asking them to join. Whether it's your partner, kids, or elderly relatives, everyone can access the hub once they accept the invite.
How to invite someone
- Go to your hub settings or family management section
- Tap "Add family member" or "Invite someone"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Parent or Child—more on roles in a minute)
- Send the invitation
Understanding roles
Parent – Parents have full control: they can create events, assign chores, manage rewards, and adjust settings. Perfect for mums, dads, and guardians.
Child – Children can view events, see assigned chores, and check their rewards. Parents control what they can do.
Managing family members
Once someone's joined your hub, you can view all family members in the members list. From there, you can change their role, view their activity, or remove them if needed. If a family member's circumstances change—like they're moving out or you need to update their permissions—just adjust their role or remove them.
