Making the decision to leave
We're sad to see you go! Before you delete your account, know that this action is permanent. Your family hub, all your data, chore history, and everything else will be gone forever. If you think you might come back, consider cancelling your subscription instead.
Important things to know
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All family members will lose access to the hub. Any subscription will be cancelled immediately. You won't be refunded any remaining subscription balance.
If you're the primary account holder and your family is using the hub, removing your account affects everyone. Consider talking to them first!
How to delete your account
- Log in to your account
- Go to account settings
- Select "Delete account" or "Close my account"
- You'll see a warning about what happens
- Enter your password to confirm
- Click "Yes, delete my account permanently"
- Your account is deleted immediately
What happens to your family members?
All family members lose access to the shared hub. If they're parents on the account, they can create a new hub if they'd like. If they're children, they can't create their own hub, but they can be invited to someone else's.
Alternative: Just cancel your subscription
If you're just not using the app anymore, consider cancelling instead of deleting. Your data stays safe, and you can reactivate anytime. Plus, you're not burning any bridges with your family hub setup.
