Forgot your password?

No worries! It happens to everyone. Resetting your password is quick and secure. You'll get a link sent to your email, and you can create a new password from there.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the login page for My Family Hub
  2. Look for "Forgot password?" or "Can't log in?" link
  3. Enter your email address (the one associated with your account)
  4. Click "Send reset link"
  5. Check your email (including spam folder, just in case)
  6. Click the link in the email (it expires after 24 hours)
  7. Create a new password (make it something strong and memorable)
  8. Click "Reset password" to confirm
  9. You're done! Log in with your new password

Creating a strong password

A strong password includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Aim for at least 8 characters. Something like "MyFamily2024!" is solid. Avoid using birthdates, names, or words that are easy to guess.

Changing your password regularly

If you want to change your password without forgetting it first:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to account settings
  3. Select "Security" or "Password"
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Confirm and save

Didn't receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder—reset emails sometimes end up there. If you still haven't received it, try again with your email address. Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If you're stuck, reach out to our support team and we'll help you recover your account.

Pro tip: Use a password manager to store your password securely. It means you never have to worry about forgetting it again!
