Live chat – During business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST), you can chat with our team on the website.
What to include in your message
To help us solve your problem faster, include:
- A clear description of what's happening
- What device you're using (iPhone, Android, web, etc.)
- What app version you have (usually in settings)
- Steps you've already tried to fix it
- Screenshots if it helps explain the issue
Response times
We typically reply within 24 hours during business days. On weekends or holidays, responses might take a bit longer. We really do try to help everyone!
